No, the fact that the execute file is opening in a Microsoft document is not related to the TORA program itself. It might be due to file associations or settings on the user's Windows system.
Tora doesn't start on my laptop it tells me that a ".dll" file is missing. I have Windows 10 is that the problem? How can I solve it?

I've installed the application on Windows 10 and there were no errors related to DLL files. If you have a previous version of the software, then I recommend re-downloading the latest version of the software from the link posted below.
I have a problem with the TORA software. It shows COMDLG32.ocx or its dependencies not correctly registered. I am in need of this software. Can you help me solve it?

You will need to use Google to download Comdlg32.ocx file. You will need to place this file in SYSTEM32 and SysWOW64, then run the following commands using Start > Run:
regsvr32 %Systemroot%\SysWOW64\comdlg32.ocx
and
regsvr32 %Systemroot%\System32\comdlg32.ocx
After you've completed this process, start the application again and it will work as it's not required to restart the computer.
